Seint Return Policy?

Seint's return policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A $4.95 return shipping fee applies to all returns and shade swaps. Items must be returned in new or gently used condition. For shade swaps, place a new order and initiate the return of the item to be swapped within 30 days. Lip and Cheeks and Eyeshadows are not available for shade swapping.

Collections/Bundles must be returned as a complete set, except for the Getting Started IIID collections, which qualify for limited shade swapping. Apparel items must be returned unworn with original tags attached. Clearance, discounted, or discontinued items are not eligible for returns. Palettes purchased with Palette Credit and items purchased with party hostess rewards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Artist Kits can be returned within one year of purchase for a refund of 90% of the purchase price, provided all items are unused and in resalable condition. The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Seint is not responsible for lost shipments, so insuring the package for $200 is advised.
